This weekend, DAMO cooks Polish.

On Friday and Saturday, Damian from DAMO joins forces with his good friend Mikołaj from SYTO for a two-night takeover at Ancestrale. The focus – food rooted in memory, culture, and curiosity. This is their Polish kitchen: playful, seasonal, and full of soul.

Best known for kombucha and cocktails, Damian steps out from behind the bar and into the kitchen. Together with Mikołaj, they’re serving dishes they grew up with, reimagined through years spent in Copenhagen — from chłodnik and pierogi to herring in cherry vodka and handmade śląskie dumplings.

The Ancestrale team will be pairing the menu with natural wines, kombucha cocktails, and other drinks to match the energy of the night.

Expect comfort, craft, and a few surprises.
