We’re ready for another round of Plat du Jour, this time with Matthew from @kioskenpaaodden , who will be serving two of the most traditional street foods from Chengdu in the Sichuan Province:

The first dish of this epic combo is Tian Shui Mian, or Sweet Water Noodles. A comforting dish consisting of handmade chewy wheat noodles🍜, topped with sesame paste, roasted peanuts 🥜and two of the most quintessential Sichuan condiments: sweet aromatic soy sauce and chilli oil🌶️

This is sided by Chengdu-style Silken Tofu, made of fresh silken tofu dressed with soy sauce, homemade chilli oil, sesame, chopped preserve mustard, spring onion, coriander and roasted peanuts.

As always will be ready with a wide selection of wines and ciders by the glass 🍷🍾🧃🍼 🦄
