On Sunday, July 20th, Norrlyst – Sommer på Volden will welcome Andreas Ring Kjeldsholm Hansen from Dragsholm Slot – one of Denmark’s leading gastronomic destinations.

Andreas brings a strong professional background with experience from, among others, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Vollmers in Malmö, and has developed a style marked by Nordic elegance, precision, and a deep understanding of nature’s ingredients.

Together with the Norrlyst kitchen team, he will create a menu of 2 snacks and 6 courses – exclusively developed for this one evening.
