New pop-up restaurant opens at Volden!

From May 15th and throughout the summer until the end of September, we open the doors to Norrlyst – Sommer på Volden in the iconic yellow house on Christianshavns Vold.

Here, you can enjoy lunch with our take on classic Danish smørrebrød or explore an evening menu that changes with the microseasons.

The first part of the season focuses on vegetables in collaboration with produce expert Søren Wiuff, while the second half brings in fresh flavours from the sea – developed closely with Fiskerikajen.

Throughout the summer, we’ll also be joined by a lineup of guest chefs – including Søren Birch from Alimentum, Yves Le Lay from á tarre, and Sylvester Andersen from Sølyst, the Royal Shooting Range.

We look forward to welcoming you – whether it’s for lunch in the sun, dinner at dusk, or a glass of wine in the garden.
