Mastee pop-up at Josephine
We’re not done with our end-of-summer shenanigans just yet! This Thursday, September 5th, we’re handing the reins to a local supergroup for their very first pop-up event. Mastee (meaning: Are you drunk? You are drunk!) is a collaboration between sommelier @abteenzarei, bartender @vickiliciouz, and chef @xavilopezloz—three talents who have drawn inspiration from their experiences working, eating, and drinking around the globe.
Their goal is to create pop-ups that bring ever-changing sips, bites, and experiences to the table. With a focus on seasonal and local ingredients, and a fusion of culinary cultures and flavors, they’re kicking off their adventure in Copenhagen with this debut event at Josephine.
