After years of working at many restaurants with different cuisines, Chef @kc.chan is now embracing his roots and cooking dishes that are truly close to his heart. Inspired by the bold, diverse flavors of Malaysia, this pop-up is a celebration of the food he grew up with—but with a modern and playful twist.

To complement the dishes, @rosforthrosforth will bring you an incredible selection of natural wines—each carefully chosen to pair beautifully with the bold and complex Malaysian flavors.
