We are incredibly excited to welcome the multi-talented Lorenzo Raffaglio to take over the kitchen on Thursday the 6th of March.

You may know Lorenzo from his eclectic wines, which have been popping up all around Copenhagen’s wine bars.

However, long before Lorenzo was working for the illustrious François Rousset-Martin in Jura, and taking over parcels in Alcamo (Sicily) and the remote island of Pantelleria, Lorenzo was training as a chef in London.

He found himself at home cooking across multiple 3-Michelin-starred restaurants, which to no surprise, gradually took his talents further across Europe, finally landing in Copenhagen. He now splits his time between Denmark and Italy, between kitchens and vineyards.

On Thursday expect a menu inspired by both the Northern and Southern parts of Italy, as well as by his travels to Japan, France and the Netherlands. The kitchen will be open from 17.00 but we urge you to come early and grab a glass and a table. We will have Lorenzo’s wines and s selection from friends, mentors and colleagues he met along the way. As always no reservations, walk-in’s only.
