Our first pop-up dinner is on October 3rd, and it is something that we were waiting for for a long time now. Chef Matthew Francis Parker, the owner of Kiosken på Odden — a proudly independent delicatessen, natural wine shop, and anarchist preserver of reclaimed produce located in Sjællands Odde – will be our first guest chef of the season.

He will be serving a carefully curated 4-course menu for 395 DKK. His dishes highlight the highest quality, locally grown organic ingredients and wild edibles, creatively preserved in his charming, little kiosk.

THE MENU

Crispy Pressed Potato
Served with shiso, spiced whipped cod’s roe, and soft boiled egg.

Steamed Beets & Yellow Peas
Served in a light seaweed broth, fresh goat’s curd & green sauce, accompanied by mixed kale & cabbage shoots & sourdough bread.

Carsten’s Pear Tarte Tatin
Glazed with pinecone syrup and served with fig leaf chantilly cream.

Chef’s Selection of Cheese
Paired with seeded crackers and homemade preserves.
