Escape the winter and step into a warm Mediterranean evening with us at Lille Fugl 🌞

At Carmel, we believe food is more than just a meal—it’s a story, a tradition, a shared experience. For one night only, we invite you to gather around the table for a feast inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, where every bite brings you closer to the sun-drenched coastlines of the region 🪬🧄🍋

Expect vibrant dishes, funky music, and an intimate atmosphere where strangers become friends 🧿

For this special evening, we offer two seating options:

The Shared Table – A communal dining experience where you can book a single seat or reserve multiple spots to dine with others.

Individual Tables for Two – A more private shared dining experience, where each table is reserved for two guests (Tickets for this option are sold as a pair.)

Natural wine, beer & cocktails will be available for purchase during the evening

The menu is pescatarian, with a vegetarian alternative available upon request. Please be aware that some dishes contain gluten, coriander, and sesame, which cannot be substituted 𓆝

Mezze n Dips – 1st serving
✧Homemade Challah bread
✧Marinated olives, perserved lemons & Rosmarin
✧Matbucha, spicy tomatoes-garlic confit
✧Silky Hummus, overnight cooked chickpeas, sour fermented chilli, white tahin
✧Baba G, grilled eggplant over charcoals, raw Tahin, pistachios, pickled onions
✧Different variations of homemade pickles
✧Mashwia, charred spicy veggies salad
✧Taboleh salad, herbs, bulger, pomegranate, Labane

Starters – 2nd serving
✧Pomelo Salad, cucumber, red onion, fresh Herbs, colatura di alici
✧Braised stuffed onions in a lemon caramel sauce
✧Lachuch, savoury fermented fenugreek pancakes, dorado crudo, S’chug, tahini

Mains – 3rd servings
✧Hand-sieved couscous & vegetable herbal tagine
✧Roasted cabbage served in its own liquids
