DASHI MAKI SANDO POP UP!

are you ready to have the best lunch you’ve had in a while? We’ve got you. On the 10th of September Miho and Konomi bundle their forces to prepare a treat for you guys.

DASHI MAKI: A juicy omelette cooked by Miho from @mochi2_tokyo . With a kombu and bonito broth that is mixed with eggs gives the omelette an extra-softness and a little bit of smokiness.

SHOKUPAN: A fluffy Koji milk bread baked by Konomi @sveakko from @bagerietbrod . She uses rice and koji as a starter instead of yeast. This particular rice was grown by Miho’s family in Chiba.
