Crazy 88: a fermented Asian dinner
Another month means another in-house pop-up dinner where we showcase Il Buco’s unique fermentation and preserved products through an Asian-inspired menu that differs from our usual fare, while maintaining a focus on local, organic, and Danish ingredients.
This time, Haegeen and the team are preparing a five-course dinner featuring summer kimchi, a Filipino-style summer crepe, a bean pancake, pork belly noodles, and an exciting dessert! More information on the detailed menu is coming soon. Until then, save the date and reserve your table!

Dinner is 395 kr. per person, with a 150 kr. deposit deducted from the total.
