The Brewmaster’s Dinner finally returns to SKAAL Copenhagen!

This time we’ll be visited by Ehren Schmidt and his not one, but two breweries! Our kitchen has have planned a sumptuous 3-course menu to accompany the beer tasting. The dinner costs 395DKK, and includes the 3-course menu and the beer tasting! It’s a bargain!

Insight Cellars Blending & Brewing is a project that celebrates the art, science and passion of beer brewing, driven by deep understanding and appreciation of wild fermentation.
