Jazzed on Grains’ guest chef series continues with Marissa Lippert from Nourish Studio.
Marissa’s vibrant flavors and seasonally intuitive approach to cooking aims to connect us to the essence and energy of nature and our environment. Nourish Studio is a culinary studio, based in New York City and Copenhagen, providing seasonal cooking, catered intimate events, and educational workshops.
Marissa and Simone will be cooking alongside each other to serve a vegetable-forward menu exploring einkorn, a heritage wheat varietal, as well as peak-season ingredients from our favorite local farms.
