Hello, my name is Yannic. I’m one of three founders of BOUCHE Kombucha in Berlin. I also work as a photographer and artist. In 2019, BOUCHE started as a project between artists and has, step by step, been growing into a more and more professional micro-brewery. We’re focussing on innovative brewing techniques and uncompromising quality, driven by a never-ending curiosity about Kombucha and fermentation in general.
