Chef · sajiI am from Indonesia. I moved to Denmark 5 years ago and I am currently a chef and co-owner at Saji - a restaurant where you find lots of flavour explosions. I am very happy to be a part of Copenhagen food scene.
Poulette
Fairly spicy sandwiches, just the way I like it. The flavors they put in their sandwiches are straightforward, and they also got the best juicy wines to go with those mouthwatering meals.
Eat in Time
The dining room is artsy. You will feel very comfortable dining in there because the chef, Celine, is also a talented artist. If you like Chinese food, you should really try Eat in Time! Remember to order the Grandma's Asian pork stir fry!
April
Sophisticated coffee making here! People who roast and brew your coffee at April have great knowledge if you are into high-quality coffee serving.
Bootleggers
Cozy craft beer bar. My 'go-to place' after service.
Slurp
I can't count how many happy bowls of Shio ramen I have been served at Slurp. Mostly I would go there with my friends on our days off. The place is always packed, but the wait is worth it if you have to queue. People who work there are super friendly. The flavors got a bit touch of a Nordic twist (which only makes sense since it is made right here in Copenhagen). The menu is short and on point to create the best ramen journey for everyone.
Ốp La
If you love authentic Vietnamese flavors, this is it. Traditional Vietnamese cooking at its best. They also have freshly pressed sugar cane juice on the menu.
