I fell in love of working in the kitchen since I visited Denmark for the first time in 2009, and since then I have not looked back. I have always tried to integrate my love and passion for music, art and street culture in my ideas and projects in the kitchen. And at the moment we are beginning to build a concept where we play with the love that the Danish culture has for the potato, in order to give them a different alternative but at the same time, something that they can feel easly related with, when buying street food
