I love simplicity and beauty. I am Italian. I love the gesture of taking time and preparing something for others, to then share, which is very much at the essence of our Mediterranean culture. I actually have a Bachelor in musicology, but then decided to study cooking. Music is more of a personal outlet for me, just for myself. While food and entertaining is my way of connecting with people.
