H3 is our favourite fish restaurant combined with Amager Fiskehus, which is I think is one of the best fish shops in Copenhagen. The owners, Lars and Rikke are amazing hosts, and created a very cozy environment.

I have a background in the film industry, and I'm the co-founder of the design company "ViSSEVASSE", which I still run together with my very talented wife. I always had a huge interest in gastronomy, and found a great joy in being in the kitchen. My co-founder partner is Jeppe Juel, who is a trained chef, and has in recent years worked at a large number of restaurants, primarily in KBH. As a side hustle, Jeppe also remotely owns and runs a bakery in India.

Another local gem. Cozy craft beer pub with 20 taps, board games and a music-heavy decor, fitting to its hood, right by Amager Bio.
It has a great kitchen with a seasonal, always changing menu, but more importantly it has very deep local roots. Neighbourly collaborations, cultural and social programs all go well with nice food.
