I am the sous chef at The Caribbean Housewife. I was born in Rome, Italy. Mymother is from Catania, Sicily and my father from Rome. I started cooking since I was little; helping my Sicilian grandmother in the kitchen making classic dishes such as cannoli, caponata, and parmigiana.
