My background on the danish food scene started in Jylland on a nice down to earth restaurant in the heart of Vejle. Afterwards I moved to Copenhagen to learn from a lot of different people and types of restaurant. I improved my bar and cocktails skills, and searched more knowledge about food and wine. Now im the restaurant manager at a new restaurant on Vesterbrogade 149, called Holly. And every Monday I'm studying wine on dansk sommelier uddannelse.

Great place on Nørrebro for cocktails, wine, beers, shots, dance and even dinner! Nice Nørrebro vibe with a lovely soft service and funny people. Always good times in yellow.
