Afterwards I moved to Copenhagen to learn from a lot of different people and types of restaurant. I improved my bar and cocktails skills, and searched more knowledge about food and wine. Now im the restaurant manager at a new restaurant on Vesterbrogade 149, called Holly. And every Monday I'm studying wine on dansk sommelier uddannelse.

My favorite place for lunch, classic smørrebrød on a very high level! Perfect service and lovely winelist aswell.

Very very lovely cocktails in the backyard close to Vesterbrogade. High level, good service and a very beautiful place.
Yellow
Great place on Nørrebro for cocktails, wine, beers, shots, dance and even dinner! Nice Nørrebro vibe with a lovely soft service and funny people. Always good times in yellow.
