KAVATA is rooted in a story of movement, named after a tomato-shaped pepper that once crossed the sea. It’s about food that travels, recipes passed by hand, and memories that find new life in new places. Nesrin, born in Istanbul and now based in Copenhagen, cooks to remember and shares to keep traditions moving forward.
Nesrin will present a vegetarian menu centered around Mantı Turkish dumplings made with Danish grains and lentils.
We’ll be offering three seatings: one 2-course lunch to eat in or take-away and two 4-course dinner seatings. All reservation only.
