On Saturday the 24th, Carmel takes over Mamaka Store by the Christianshavn canal, turning our little home-cooks’ counter into a sunlit Levantine bakery. We’ll be rolling out sesame-crusted simit Bagels, Challah bread and a rich chocolate babka—each shaped by family recipes handed down carefully with love through generations 🤍

We’ll also serve authentic Turkish coffee and tea, along with different homemade preserves, jars of tangy spring ferments and sweet seasonal jams.
