Hi Jungle!

My name is Lydia Christina. I’m in the process of opening la periferia, my dream cultural eatery and creative space based at the Kulturhuset Indre By on Nansesgade. I’m looking into doing my opening day (yay!) at the end of this month and continue from June onwards on a more regular basis.

la periferia is inspired by Latin American food culture and my aim is to create an open, inclusive space where meals, music, art, culture and conversation meet. I’ll be offering small, seasonal menus with strong attention to ingredients, sustainability, and storytelling. I will mainly do breakfast and lunch and some occasional dinners, always tied with workshops and events.

I would love to be featured on your list to promote my launch event and hopefully more events coming soon! I will be giving away 99 empanadas to the first 99 people and then sell them from then on until they are sold out.
