Domaine Agapé, led by Vincent Sipp, produces wines with an organic, low-intervention approach that showcases Alsace’s classic grapes and terroir. Weingut Dopler, now in its fourth generation, focuses on Burgundy varieties like St. Laurent and Pinot Noir, reflecting the region’s potential for elegant, expressive wines.
