Amator presents : California Dreams. A communal feast from Paradiso Mediterranean and Lucky You Studios ☀️. We’re coming together to bring the warmth of the Golden State to brighten your Danish winter. Two Californian children who met in Berlin, Evan and Kavita have spent the past decade cooking across Europe and are excited to share a sparkling taste of their home. Expect the sunniest flavours from up and down the Pacific, flowing mezcal and some proper Californian hospitality. Even better, we’ll be partnering with some of our friends in Copenhagen: @eatwasted , @reduced_foods and @endlessfoodcompany to highlight three innovative Danish projects tackling food waste, because not all dreams are made in California.
