I’ve been working since the age of fifteen in hospitality, but I knew from a young age I wasn’t going to roll with the the hierarchy, I’ve worked in and out in various places, started side hustle projects and ran my own private dinner and foodtruck business. I thrive on new and exciting things. I need some chaos in life, I am chaos, and I thought Copenhagen could use some of that caos caos erupted after a summer holiday in Siciliy, we like to cook, host, curate and create. bring food, our energy and aesthetics to the table. Inspired by our various backgrounds and travels we serve up eclectic rustic comfort food. no bullshit, just a bit of caos..
