I am Eamonn O’Connor, an Irishman who fulfilled my dream of owning my own pub in Copenhagen. My friends Pat Sheridan, Will Dixon and I searched for a suitable place to establish a business until we finally found the perfect one at Frederiksberg. The bar is called “The Edge of the Grave”
