How are you doing? I’m Alex. I’m the manager & sommelier at Friheden & work for the newly started wine import BonBon Wine where we import low intervention wines from all over Europe. I used to work in music and found a lot of similarities between that and wine. It drew me into a endless void with things to discover. So if I’m not working you’ll probably find me about town enjoying a glass.

» I’ve not been here enough but it’s definitely worth a recommendation. The kitchen is making some truly great vegetarian dishes which are simple but full of flavour. The wine is just as impressive and if you’re a fast eater you can go to the next corner (Ved Stranden 10) for a night cap. «
