I am the restaurant manager and co-owner of a small and intimate restaurant called Janice. I run the place together with my good friend and partner Frede Madsen who is in charge of the kitchen. I have more than 10 years of experience from different Copenhagen restaurants. The last 5 years as assistant restaurant manager at restaurant Uformel. I have a big passion for low intervention wines and especially burgundy is close to my heart.
