I don’t have any backgrounds about food or bakery in term of education, but because I am a food lover and backpacker i guess :D I love cooking and baking and also passionate about organic and sustainable ways of living plus traveling, so I combined those three together and create my own unique bakery, learning by doing, learning by experiencing where the world is my classroom and local people between my journeys are my teachers. :)
I started my own business since 2015 where I do everything on my own. Started baking for my family and the flavours I love and crave for but in a healthier way. All my bakes based on philosophy of homemade freshly-baked made with organic, natural and wild ingredients where I focus on supporting our local organic farmers and families but also some special selected journey-inspired ingredients from the countries I’ve been travelling to. I keep learning and trying to make Shebakes in a way of more sustainable and reduce food waste where balance is always the key. Using my small business on Instagram platform to share my experiences of traveling, volunteering, doing eco- projects or CSR projects are always the things I am happy and have been doing for 7 years, to share happiness, to help out those in need or to inspire more people that they could do things differently to our mother nature because I believe every small hand and help does matter :)
