» Circolo is the newest member of the Italian group of restaurants counting Mangia, Bevi Bevi & Bar la Una, where I work myself. For me Circolo feels fresh and modern, yet the food is soothing, like your Tuscan nonna is cooking for you. They have a Josper charcoal grill that I’m very jealous of. They cook big chunky pieces of meat and whole fish in there – very delicious! It’s an ideal place to go for many setups, alone for a quick pasta in the bar, with a cute stranger or in a bigger group doing the whole shebang. «

» The most esthetic grocery store in Copenhagen, selling beautiful produce. Cheeses, naturel wine, bread, vegetables, flowers and it is bar too! It’s very close to where I live and exactly what I feel like the hood was missing. Go there to hang out, drink a glass, listen records and chill. «

» Refhaleøen is still one my favorite areas in Copenhagen, alive and buzzing in the summer, rough and quiet during the winter. Lille Bakery is located out there and so much more than a bakery. The bread is on point, but so are all the small plates. I love to go to that part of Copenhagen for a swim in the summer or winter if I’m feeling frisky. Lille is the perfect spot to go no matter what I need. «
