I’m pizza chef/baker from Italy. I’ve been traveling and working abroad since 2015, two years ago I decided to move to Copenhagen to experience the quality of life in Denmark falling in love with baked goods that the city has to offer.
Thanks to that I had a chance to work as a baker in one of this bakery in the heart of the city.
