Hi there, I’m Marco! After spending 10 years, working as a chef and sommelier in the Osteria run by my family, in Italy, and a period spent in Amsterdam, I moved to Cph 3 years ago. Before opening Bar Poldo, I used to manage Mother Wine for a couple of years. In love with slow food and natural wine.
