Hi, I am Rasmus, I am a Danish chef and I have spend the last 3 years working in Italy and before that, I’ve spend 3 years working in New York. I'm returning to Denmark to open up my own restaurant 'Espehus' in Rødovre. 10 months in lockdown in the worst corona-hit place in northern Italy, got me thinking of what's important to me and in my life, so I'm opening a restaurant in Rødovre because I realized I want to be close to my roots, and I want to give back to the community that helped raise me.
