Hi, I am Frederik! I grew up in the suburbs of Copenhagen, in a family with a close connection to the hospitality industry! The past 4 years my focus has been working with healthy and pure wines at Kødbyens Fiskebar. Which has also let me to start a small wine import called Simply Grapes.
