Bonjour! I’m Cannelle, a pastry chef from Paris that moved to Copenhagen a few years ago to experience the food scene here. I am currently running the kitchen of Cadence, a cozy brunch place in Carlsberg Byen. After some art studies, I decided to pass my pastry degree in France and I've worked in a restaurant and bakery there before moving to Danemark. I was supposed to stay for a few months, but I decided to stay here for good.
