» My local bakery in Nørrebro, which bakes some absolutely killer bread & cakes. I've tried their rhubarb spandauer with baked rhubarbs on top the other day. It's a fantastic combination especially because of the focus on the acidity combined with the sweetness. Yummy! «

» We just love what they do. Great local and seasonal ingredients and exciting flavor combos. They also have an incredibly long counter – maybe the longest in town? Great coffee here too of course. Staff is friendly – one time they made a few calls around to the other Coffee Collective cafés when we were desperate for Maritozzi and they were all out, by now they’ve let us in on the production plan so we know when they are fresh out of the oven. Get there for a second morning coffee and a maritozzo or perhaps pistachio and lemon curd snail. «
