» Mathias is an amazing chef and on top of that he doubles as this establishment's congenial host. Provençal fare in a neighbourhood setting with a wine list that has quite a few hidden gems if you know where to look.

» This restaurant just opened on Jægersborggade and is serving some amazing dishes. Seafood and fish are the main focus and they're based on French cuisine. Make sure to treat yourself with the blue mussels and 'nduja and get the whole fried brill. «

» French Bistros are currently all the rage in Copenhagen. It's no wonder this place is on the favorite list of many other recommendations. The service is warm, personal, and attentive. Their dishes are unpretentious and yet of high quality. They have a similar homey living room feeling, that I like to give to our guests. Plus, I just love their natural wine selection and the disco ball in the wine cellar. Also a perfect spot for a first date to melt any awkwardness, haha. «
