» I had a collaboration with noma last year where I was invited by the one and only René Redzepi. We were several restaurants that gathered for a charity event organized by noma. It was an adventure to see Tarik (the former sous-chef) and Mette Søborg working, they are truly dedicated. I have never been a guest at noma and have always wished to try their food. And suddenly I was in their kitchen and René was asking me the whole night "Have you tried this and this? Eat this and this" like he was reading my mind. The experience was like being in a dream and I will never forget that day. «

But when recommending my favorite places to eat and drink in Copenhagen, there is no way of not mentioning noma. The three best eating experiences I have ever had have all been here. You should go, they get the point. «

» Noma is an incredible, inspiring place: from the aesthetics of the garden to the architecture of the building, the division of the kitchens, the materials, the perception of action and energy throughout the experience from start to finish, and, of course, the food. Every time I have the opportunity to eat here I feel very lucky and I always remain with the feeling of an extraordinary experience. «

» End of the line for me. I have been fortunate enough to visit Noma a couple of times, always leaving the place amazed and inspired by the handcraft and creativity both in food and service. It's a very moving experience. Try it once in a lifetime. «
