We’re having some fun together and going grandma style with brunch!
Think Korean banchan meets Teochew porridge. Look forward to a fermentation focused experience like no other. Some ferments will be super fresh while some up to a year old.
There will be also be a selection of drinks, some fermented, some made with homegrown and harvested ingredients.

Practical details:
– sign up available until September 8th/15th or until sold out.
– vegetarian and vegan options are available at this event. Please include in your DM if you would prefer either option.
– we accept cash and Mobilepay payments only 375 dkk
– we are keeping everything gluten free! do write about other allergy related questions and we’ll hopefully find a way to accommodate them.
– no refunds will be possible. if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to cancel, please gift forward your spot. everyone (except maybe you) is happy!
