“There is a tendency in the natural wine world to downplay the role of the human making the wine. Which is wrong, I think. Just because we don’t use additives, or much machinery, doesn’t mean that we don’t impact on the grapes.”

Tom Lubbe

This Wednesday we will be going to Roussillon and try some wines from our dear friend Tom Lubbe and his Domaine Matassa, with two new promising cuvées included: Rufo, a grippy and tangy Macabeu grown on limestone, and Planals, a blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir, also grown on limestone with a high iron content.

Starting at 17, 150kr per person. No reservations so just show up early!
