
Tomodachi Dinner by Senpai at Tilda & Karl
Start your gastronomical year on January 15th at Tilda & Karl at a delicious Japanese pop-up dinner by Senpai! It’s going to be the first edition of Andrea Piras’ (former Head Chef of Slurp Ramen Joint) new series called Tomodachi and this time he’s cooking with a long-time friend, Josué, the Head Chef at Restaurant Sanchez!
Josué brings a background shaped by Mexican, Japanese, and contemporary Nordic cuisine. Together with Andrea, he will prepare a five-course dinner combining Mexican and Japanese flavours and techniques.
At this dinner we sadly won’t be able to accommodate special dietary requests, but a vegetarian option will be available if noted at the booking. Price of the full, 5-course menu: 450 kr.
