After years of working together at the renowned French restaurant Kong Hans Kælder, Salva and I have decided to take a new creative path to keep the curiosity flowing. This menu marks the beginning of a new chapter, showcasing the experiences we shared before, during, and after our time working together as a team.
We can’t wait to share the evening with you and offer a taste of what we’ve learned, discovered, and created. It’s a celebration of both our past and future, and we promise it will be a night to remember.
