We’re teaming up with our friends Rosario & Fede from Fiskebaren for a dinner focusing on the lesser-known parts of the fish, quinto quarto di pesce.

We’re diving into the hidden gems of the sea and giving them the love they deserve. Rosario will be cooking a menu focused on fish offal with a big Sicilian influence, and Fede will be selecting the wines!
