PANZAROT is back!
After last year’s sold-out debut, the panzerotti party returns to Copenhagen for its second edition!

We are 4 young people from the southern Italian region of Puglia, and for several years, we have made Copenhagen our home. Our bond with the world of food is deep and diverse.

Born from the love for Apulian tradition, Panzarot brings you the true taste of southern Italy: golden, freshly fried panzerotti with classic fillings like mozzarella, tomato, and oregano, plus savory meat options and an irresistible sweet version with ricotta and chocolate.

This year, we’re welcoming even more guests to Kitchen Collective, turning the space into a full-on Apulian celebration. Starting at 12 PM on Sunday, May 25th, we’ll be frying panzerotti until sold out.
