next community dinner coming up!

together with Amneh from DAPAO (Danish Palestinian Organization) and the women from Kvinder for Kvinder, we will cook a delicious meal with wintery ingredients from @klippingegaardstevns and @hyldemarken and @birkemosegaard.

part of the nights income will be donated to different women led associations in Denmark and Palestine that focus on educating women so they can sustain their families independently since their spouses are either gone or at war.

we will make za’atar manakish, tabbouleh, falafel, celeriac babaganoush, braised winter kale, lots of delicious pickles and bread, mujadara and of course rice pudding to end the meal 🥰
