
Italian-Japanese dinners at Tilda & Karl
Our friends, Giuseppe and Isa are returning for another great evening, this time with their third friend, Paride!
A shared London background brought the three chefs together: now reunited in Copenhagen, they collaborate for two nights only! Paride, specialising in Japanese cuisine, joins forces with Giuseppe and Isa, who anchor the menu with their knowledge of Italian tradition from the North to the South. Together, they will present a 5-course Italian-Japanese dinner menu at Tilda& Karl on November 16th and 17th.

• Neapolitan Genovese ragu Temaki
• Pizza Fritta, Ricotta, Squash and Soy.
• Plin in Porcini dashi
• Danish Pork, arima sancho, radicchio and Quince
• Chestnut sponge, coffee and Mascarpone
