Denne aften får vi besøg af Nørrebro Bryghus, der vil introducere os til en vidunderlig verden bestående af gær, byg humle og vand. Vi vil drikke en del før i kommer, for at finde frem til 4 øl og 4 retter og serverer dem i skøn forening.
Community dinner, with an informal tasting with plenty of space for conviviality and say skål.
This evening will be all about beer and food to match. Nørrebro Bryghus will join us and introduce us to everything wondrous about yeast, hops, malt and water. On the evening we will pair 4 beers with our kitchen’s expressions. The evening is our humble contribution to Copenhagen Cooking.
